Color, line, pattern, and atmosphere are what fascinate Cynthia. When she creates, they are her visual language. She is mapping the mind through imagination, intuition, and memory. Her work records this creative journey.
She is a multi-disciplinary artist who works in digital and analog painting. She delights in the flow of paint and imagery in software as well as on paper, yupo, terra skin and mylar. She is particularly interested in abstract experimental techniques and sees both digital and analog painting as a personal journey of exploration. She believes that creating art requires courage.
Additionally, she is an Elected Member of the Art League of Rhode Island, a Signature Member of New England Watercolor Society, a Signature Member of Rhode Island Watercolor Society, a Signature Member of International Experimental Artists Society and a Juried Artist member of Wickford Art Association.
